DESCRIPTION:

Interacts with the different internal and external functions of the company to facilitate the implementation of projects that have an impact on improvement. Manage the entire infrastructure and equipment maintenance process, bot preventive and corrective. Direct the 4 maintenance areas in the company (Mechanical, Electrical, Services, and Preventive) supported by the respective engineers for each area. Ensure compliance with the policies of the area as well as implement new measures required and directed towards the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the organization. Coordinate with the purchasing department the necessary requirements for the maintenance of the operation and infrastructure. Create strategies to minimize the down time, % up time, MTTR and MTBF of the plant and meet optimal response times in the required arrangements. Seek opportunities to improve production equipment, to make it more effective and efficient.

Maintenance Technician


 

8+ years of experience in similar role. High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be shift flexible and reliable to work weekends and holidays. US position, sponsorship is not available for this opportunity. PLC programming experience. Background and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electric. Basic molding process knowledge, advanced experience with repair of molding machines and secondary equipment, and robot programming. Ability to read blueprints, strong time and program management skills, and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

DESCRIPTION:

Programs PC-based molding and secondary equipment and control systems. Troubleshoots molding, robots, and secondary equipment. Diagnoses and solves machine malfunctions. Repairs electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine malfunctions. Diagnose and repair in floor conveyor system, paint booth and ovens, and paint auxiliary equipment including pumps, mixers, dispense equipment, etc. Perform preventative maintenance procedures. Observes and corrects irregular machine conditions. Builds and designs secondary equipment as required. Fabricate and weld assemblies for production equipment. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of water systems. Computer system upkeep. Installs and upgrades machines and equipment. Participate in development and use of TPM system. Train technicians and maintenance personnel to perform basic maintenance operations. Completion of projects as assigned. Maintain machine and work area cleanliness. Compliance with all safety policies, regulations and laws.

SALARY RANGE: $19 - $25 USD/HR

This will be a management level position reporting directly to the General Manager. This role looks after the entire planning process, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics. Will be responsible for making sure that each step of the process is being performed effectively to rule out lost sales opportunity and costly delays. Constantly communicate with key personnel and line managers in the procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics department of the organization to ensure that they understand objectives. To examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction. Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of material remain unhampered. Mexico Sourcing Manager


 

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. Extensive experience in same role is a must. Direct experience in purchasing/sourcing, managing teams, and negotiations. Select, develop, and maintain right supplier portfolio. Maintain and develop a related supplier database to support the global initiatives and company expansion in Mexico. Focus and consolidate suppliers to develop a base with a reasonable number of suppliers ensuring high leverage effects for the company. Must be available to travel 50% within Mexico to suppliers and company locations. Bilingual (English/Spanish)

 

DESCRIPTION:

The Mexico Sourcing Manager will work will all divisions to identify suitable suppliers and help them source products and services in Mexico. This will be the key person in the region for supplier knowledge, from an Engineering, Quality, and Commercial perspective. Will review all inquiry packages from the different divisions for completeness, and ensure the best possible suppliers are involved for each inquiry. Follow up on all inquiry and transfer projects until realization of saving including benchmark of competitiveness and hit rate of inquiry vs actual order. Research and investigation of market strengths in Mexico, including supplier capabilities and capacity for company needs and business. Maintain database of capabilities and suitability. Support site audits, NPI assessments, sign off, etc.

DESCRIPTION:

Lead medium level complexity projects for the plant impacting operations improvement, insourcing opportunities, manufacturing transfers, product VA/VE implementation, or other key initiatives of the organization. Develop detailed project plans and control team tasks to deliver project on-time and on-budget. Complete business case and develop key performance metrics for savings, cost, and timing. Assist in preparing and presenting the CAPEX plan for sr. management approval. Identifies key stakeholders and organizes communication plans, team meetings, and project reporting. Guide decision making and issue resolution across the organization. Identify critical path, potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure quality operating system is updated and in place. Includes: process flow, control plans, PMFEA, customer PPAP, and process capability studies. Ensure manufacturing capacity plans and equipment requirements have been addressed within the project plans. Lead the organization to finalize BOM/Router, standard costing, and change notices. Capable of leading without authority and influencing management decisions. Experience with product standard cost models and margin analysis.
